3. How We Use Your Information
We process personal data for the following purposes:
3.1 Parking Management and Enforcement
- Monitoring parking on private land where we have been contracted
- Issuing Parking Charge Notices for contraventions
- Pursuing payment of parking charges
- Operating permit and whitelist systems

3.2 DVLA Keeper Enquiries
We obtain registered keeper details from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) to issue PCNs by post.

4. Who We Share Data With

- DVLA – for keeper enquiries under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012

We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
5. ANPR and Photographic Evidence
We use Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras and photographic evidence capture as part of our parking management services. Images are captured and stored securely in accordance with ICO guidance on ANPR and surveillance.
Retention: ANPR images and contravention photos are retained for the period necessary to manage the parking event and any subsequent appeal or legal proceedings (typically up to 12 months, or longer if required for active enforcement or litigation).
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for:
- PCN and enforcement records: Up to 6 years from date of issue (to cover potential legal claims)
- Permit and whitelist data: Duration of active permit plus 12 months
- Correspondence: 3 years from last communication
- ANPR/photographic evidence: Up to 12 months, or longer if subject to active appeal or litigation
After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
- Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data
